Return Policy and FAQ
I. GENERAL
A. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and others.
All payments are made on a secure server.
B. WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
C. WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. If your order was dispatched to the incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures. Please note: Your shipping address must be entered in English.
D. WHAT IF I FORGET TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE DURING CHECKOUT?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the discount. You can certainly use it for a future purchase, if still valid.
E. WARRANTY INFORMATION
We currently do not provide any warranty, however if you run into issues past the 30-day return or exchange period, please send us an email at sales@cmm-creations.com and we will see how we can help.
F. WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTY, VAT, AND OTHER FEES?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs, and other fees.
CMM Creations holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.

II. SHIPPING
A. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our products are manufactured in Asia and are shipped internationally. Here are the estimated delivery times:
UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, GERMANY, ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN, AUSTRALIA, BRAZIL, RUSSIA, SOUTH AFRICA, AND EGYPT
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 days.
FOR MEXICO, AND THE REST OF DELIVERABLE COUNTRIES ORDERS:
Estimated delivery time: 10-20 days.
COVID-19, weather delays, holidays and customs inspections are some of the reasons there are delays that affect international shipments. While we know this causes inconvenience for our customers (that typically expect fast shipping times), we will do the best we can to bring the product to you within the promised time. As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we will add a fulfillment center in the US to reduce these shipping times. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
B. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

III. RETURN POLICY
A. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sales@cmm-creations.com to arrange a return. Kindly provide the reason and picture as proof of the return. You have 30 days after your purchase to do a return or exchange. The full refund will be returned once the item is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your refund or exchange once the item is back in our possession. Note that all shipping expenses of the return are the responsibility of the customer. See below for the return address.
B. HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED PRODUCT?
If you would like to exchange your Ladies Hair Brush Set and Baby Brush Set or any other product, please mail it to:

****Please be sure to include a note with your package that tells us what you would like for an exact exchange (same price). Please also let us know the address you would like the exchanged product to be sent back to. Shipping expenses to send the Ladies Hair Brush Set and Baby Brush Set to us are the responsibly of the customer however we will take care of the shipping back to you.
C. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND IT'S NOT AS I EXPECTED, CAN I RETURN IT?
Absolutely! Things happen and can go wrong. Please see return policy above. We are grateful for your constructive feedback as we are always working on improving our products and your feedback matters!

IV. ORDER TRACKING
A. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order, you will receive status emails to the email address you provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us at sales@cmm-creations.com including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information.
B. MY TRACKING STATUS SAYS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A PACKAGE.
Start by checking in spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots. If you cannot find the package, send us a note at sales@cmm-creations.com.
